SAT and ACT

I took the ACT and didn't do as well on it as the SAT.

SAT: 1890 (710 math, 630 reading, 550 writing)
ACT: 29 (30 english, 28 math, 32 reading, 26 science)

Should I post this ACT score to my Army ROTC application? Would it even be considered at the next board? (I've been boarded on the first board)
