AFROTC scholarship activated but not used

In the fall of 2002 I was an AS 100 cadet with an academic (Engineering) scholarship. After the first month after arriving to my detachment (Det. 800) I had passed my fitness exam and was ready to activate my scholarship, this is were my issues began. I was informed that a few pieces of my medical information was missing and I had to wait until that information was in my file.
