NAPS Females

So, in reading the paperwork, it looks like women entering NAPS do not have to cut their hair.

Deciding on whether or not to cut it anyway, for time's sake in the mornings? Also, does anyone know if we need to bring our own backpack for academics, or will we be supplied with one?

Any answers or comments would be greatly appreciated.
