I submitted my application a while ago and am waiting for the third board to be released. I was awarded the Ike Skelton Scholarship but declined it before the third board convened in order to hopefully get a scholarship from the third board as I don't believe the Skelton Scholarship is the path for me. For some reason when I log in to the application it says that it is closed until next year. Is there any reason why I cannot view the application and is anyone else experiencing this?
