Senior year activites/leadership

I noticed as I was filling out my SS app/PCQ I had to leave a couple boxes unchecked because I technically have not done them in high school yet. For example, I will be a captain of both the water polo team and the swim team next year but the questionnaire only asks about up to 11th grade. Polo season is in the spring. This means that by the time I am actively serving as a captain, my application will already be complete and submitted.
