PFT Administration

Hi,

I am currently facing a dilemma with getting my PFT administered. I go to an online high school, so I do not have access to any coaches or PE teachers. I've tried contacting a few at my old school and at local high schools, but I have had no luck so far. Would it be okay if my neighbor, a retired US Navy Master Chief administered the test?
