Army ROTC Scholarship transfer process

Greetings all -

I would like to transfer my scholarship to my #4 school. I've always wanted to go my #4 school, but unfortunately it has always been a reach school for me. This is why I listed it so low. Last Friday I found out that I was accepted!

So on the winner letter it only gives me 4 options -

Check one of the 3 listed schools
OR
Decline Scholarship

So whats the procedure I should do? Should I select the school I most want to go to 2nd? Ive already written my reason for...
