Still waiting in Ohio 15. . . Do they send denials?

My son got MOC nomination and a Senator nomination to USAFA back in Nov, but we still haven't heard anything (OH 15)
Has anyone else in our district heard anything?

Does USAFA send a "no thank you" notice, if so, when and how do they notify you?
