Second round offers have been posted in the system for the Battalions to review. That means the results aren't final and no one has permission to notify anyone, so don't ask. I'm guessing offer letters will go out by the end of the week, so I suspect Monday is when the Battalions will have permission to start contacting winner (and "not winners").
