I received a letter on January 5th, 2016 from DODMERB requesting that I use their contractor, Concorde Inc., to locate the nearest subcontracted phyisician. Additionally, the letter stated that Concorde has 30 days to find my a provider.
It has been 30 days, where specifically would I check to see where the contact information for a physician is? And would it be on the Concorde page, or the DODMERB page?
