Happy to have a secure plan E and F. However, without a NROTC scholarship in hand (I know, still time) E and F would have price tags equivalent to military prep (give or take). I'm wondering if it makes sense to get the ball rolling on self prep as a plan X. If so, does DS begin the app process now? Or is it ok to wait until all of the chips fall into place? Thank you.
