Turned in my Summer Seminar App Late

Or at least it was late in Colorado's timezone.

I live in Hawaii and I just recently turned in my application for the USAFA Summer Seminar Program on January 15, 2016 at 9:03 p.m. HAST. However, when I turned in my application, it said that I turned in my application past the deadline on January 16, which I'm assuming is because it goes off of Colorado's timezone.
